Tilly Norwood Studio Expanding “Tilly-verse” With New Roles Advertised — Including Social Media Guru and Comedy Writer

Xicoia, the AI talent studio established by Particle6 and creator of Tilly Norwood, Eline van der Velden, is expanding the “Tilly-verse.”

The Dutchwoman is looking to assemble a powerhouse team of creators, innovators and “delightful chaos-tamers to help build the future of AI-first entertainment.”

As Xicoia’s universe of digital avatars, narrative experiments and productions rapidly expand, the studio is hiring for nine new roles, among them a junior comedy writer who’ll help shape scripts, dialog, punchlines and comedic tone across the company’s avatars — including Tilly.

Norwood — the synthetic “actress” who set Hollywood alight when news broke talent studios were looking to sign the character in September — is also looking for a social media manager to help with growing its 66,000-plus Instagram followers. They’ll craft digital moments, lead platform strategy, work with AI-generated content, and serve as the voice behind Tilly Norwood and Xicoia’s online personalities.

In the broader marketing sphere, Norwood also needs a visual storyteller and a growth guru, The Hollywood Reporter understands, as well as an AI “wizard-in-chief” who will work in a senior production role. Norwood and Xicoia are looking for two AI editors, and also up for grabs is a “chaos coordinator,” described as a junior position.

“As Tilly Norwood preps for her next phase of global stardom in 2026, which will see her appear on screen and also talking directly to her fans — and as we populate the Tilly-verse with a range of new AI characters — we need to build a skilled and enthusiastic team to take her, her digital colleagues and the business forward,” says van der Velden.

“There’s a lot being said about how AI is taking people’s jobs, but we are creating new jobs — and these nine roles are just the start. We’re growing fast, dreaming big, and looking for people who get excited by the unknown. If you’re curious, ambitious, a little mischievous, and ready to help reinvent storytelling with AI…we want to hear from you.” The London-based studio said applications from all over the world are welcome.

Van der Velden caught up with THR last month to set the record straight over the “misinformation” on Tilly Norwood and unpack the company’s plans. “I totally sympathize with Hollywood being in a really tough spot at the moment and actors thinking this is coming for their job,” the creative said. “That’s not what our plan is with Tilly at all.”

She also discusses how difficult the backlash around Tilly Norwood was, personally — “the police had to be notified” — what source material was used to build the AI character.
