Bears CB Kyler Gordon injured during pregame warmups vs. Packers

The Chicago Bears are battling the Green Bay Packers for NFC North supremacy on Sunday, but they’re doing so without one of their key defensive players. Cornerback Kyler Gordon injured his groin during pregame warmups and was ruled out, the team announced before kickoff.

Lower body injuries have plagued Gordon for much of the year. He suffered a hamstring injury in training camp that knocked him out for the beginning of the season before returning for a couple of games. Then Gordon suffered calf and groin injuries that sidelined him for five more games. Gordon returned for last week’s 24-15 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.
This is the 10th game Gordon has missed this season after signing a multi-year extension over the summer.
