Burton Albion’s League One campaign has not been going to plan as they find themselves just two places above the relegation zone but they will be hoping a switch of focus to the FA Cup can provide a confidence boost when they travel to St James Park to face National League outfit Brackley Town on Monday.
The Saints are languishing down in 19th position in England’s fifth tier, just a point clear of the drop zone, and their main goal is to avoid dropping down a level rather than reaching the third round of the cup for the first time in the club’s history.
