Firefighters worked with emergency services to rescue a man who had fallen down a wall onto the shore at Farlington Marshes in Portsmouth
Cosham and Southsea crews, along with Fareham’s water rescue team, were alerted at around a quarter past two this afternoon.
They worked alongside SCAS and Coastguard teams to treat and lift the casualty back to a place of safety.
HIWFRS left the scene following the stop message at 16:19.
