Los Angeles | The fight over the future of Hollywood just got nastier.
Paramount Skydance launched a hostile takeover bid for Warner Bros Discovery at $US30 ($45) a share in cash on Monday (Tuesday AEDT), just days after the company agreed to a deal with Netflix. The offer values Warner Bros at $US108 billion ($163 billion), including debt.
