James Nesbitt has said he expects viewers in Northern Ireland to feel the emotional weight of his new Harlan Coben thriller series as it confronts the realities of addiction, shame and fractured families.

The Coleraine-born actor stars in Run Away, based on the book of the same name by the American writer, who has sold over 90 million copies and previously had his books such as Safe and Fool Me Once adapted by Netflix.
