India’s mystery spinner Varun Chakaravarthy gave an aggressive send-off after dismissing South Africa’s captain Aiden Markram in the second T20I of the five-match series. The match is being played on Thursday, December 11, at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur.
In the 12th over, Markram had taken Varun to task, smashing him for consecutive sixes off the second and third deliveries. However, on the final ball of the over, he once again tried to clear the ropes but mistimed his shot, sending it straight to Axar Patel at deep mid-wicket. An animated Varun made his emotions clear, giving the Proteas skipper a fiery send-off.
