Released in September, WHERE IS MY HUSBAND! is the lead single from RAYE’s upcoming album, pencilled in for 2026. With the track opening her Glastonbury set this year, the first time anyone had heard it publicly, fans were instantly hooked.
Shooting into the Official Singles Chart at Number 4, the song’s stayed in the Top 5 for the past two months and, in the last couple of weeks, it’s hit Number 2, agonisingly missing out on the top spot.

However, all is not lost. With no genuine sign of the track losing ground, even as the likes of WHAM! and Mariah Carey make their annual seasonal moves, RAYE has remained solid throughout and maintains her Top 5 stance, currently at Number 3.
Back in 2023, RAYE secured the accolade of first Number 1 of the year with Escapism. featuring 070 Shake.
Now, who knows? Maybe a shiny Christmas Number 1 Award could be waiting underneath the tree for RAYE this year?

The Official Christmas Number 1 race 2024 kicks off Friday December 12 with sales and streams counting up until midnight (11.59pm) on Thursday, December 18.
