Ryan Serhant
Ryan is married to Emilia Serhant. She works as a lawyer and real estate agent who has also appeared on the show and its Million Dollar Listing New York spin-offs. Emilia is from Greece and has been married to Ryan since 2016. They had a daughter, Zena, in 2019.
Chloe Caine
Chloe is married to a British man called Leon Caine. Her mum, Barbara, famously catfished her husband on dating app Hinge, a story Chloe shared on TikTok that went viral, which is basically how they met. Chloe and Leon got married back in 2021 and have a child.
Nile Lundgren
Nile is in a relationship with Lola Kasher, who works as a breath work facilitator. She is equally as driven as Nile, and is the founder of gut health supplement, Get Yuve. They both got engaged earlier this year, after he proposed during a trip to New York City.
Tricia Lee
Tricia is currently engaged to Jeffrey St.Arromand, who she does business with. They have a focus on home sales and luxury rentals, with big dreams to break into Manhattan together after dominating Brooklyn real estate for years, alongside looking after their daughter.
Jessica Markowski
Jessica got married to David Weisburd in August this year. They both first met at Soho Beach House in Miami and it wasn’t long before David asked her to marry him in December 2023. She wrote: “Never felt a love so sure, a connection so deep.”
Jade Shenker
Jade has split from her ex-husband, Matt. She told Realtor: “Since season one aired, I did become not married again. Technically, [we are] separated, but equivalent to divorce, so that was a big journey. It was the first time that I had been single since 19.”
Eric Shostak
Eric is in a relationship with Izzy Alvarez. They’ve been together for four years, which has involved going to friends’ weddings, travelling, and now, going to the premiere for Owning Manhattan season two together. She’s super supportive!
