Will 49ers-Titans be on in my area? Week 15 broadcast map, TV channel

After having the last week off, the San Francisco 49ers are back in action in Week 15, as they’ll host the Tennessee Titans at Levi’s Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Kyle Shanahan’s squad won their last three games before the bye, putting them sixth in the NFC standings with four weeks to go. If things go right for them down the stretch, they could move up and even take the top spot from the clutches of the Los Angeles Rams.
Tennessee has been dreadful to watch this year. After securing the first overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft, the Titans are tied for the worst record in the league once again and have gone 1-6 since firing head coach Brian Callahan. Things are headed in the wrong direction for the team at the bottom of the AFC South.
This Week 15 battle between the 49ers and Titans won’t be broadcast nationally, but some fans across the country will still be able to see the game. Take a look at the map below, and if you’re in the blue areas, you’re good to go.
The 49ers kick off against the Titans at 4:25 p.m. ET on Sunday on FOX. Adam Amin has the call with Super Bowl champion Drew Brews providing color commentary and Kristina Pink reporting from the sidelines.
