HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – On the final night of high school football in our region, both Nitro and Wheelersburg lost in their title games.
Nitro fell to Princeton 36-35 after not completing a two point conversion that would have given them the lead late in the game. The two teams combined for 44 fourth quarter points.
Meanwhile in Canton, Wheelersburg are the runner-ups in Division V as Liberty Center beat them 35-3.
