Zendaya’s Rue Faces A New Kingpin In ‘Euphoria’ Season 3 Footage Teased Alongside ‘House Of The Dragon’ & ‘Lanterns’ In HBO’s 2026 Slate Promo — Watch

HBO Max has teased what audiences have to look forward to in 2026 with a promo that debuts never-before-seen footage from some of its most highly anticipated new and returning series including Euphoria Season 3, House of the Dragon Season 3, and Lanterns.

“A few years after high school, I don’t know if life was exactly what I wished,” Zendaya’s Rue Bennett says as glimpses of each of the lead characters — Lexi Howard (Maude Apatow), Maddy Perez (Alexa Demie), Nate Jacobs (Jacob Elordi), Cassie Howard (Sydney Sweeney), Jules Vaughn (Hunter Schafer) and, of course, Rue — flash across the screen.

The music stops as Rue walks into a club and a man (played by Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje), sitting in a booth surrounded by women, says to her, “You walk up into my house and you don’t even introduce yourself.”

Deadline previously reported that Akinnuoye-Agbaje is a new series regular who is “a ruthless kingpin.”

As for House of the Dragon, Alicent (Olivia Cooke) declares: “Rhaenyra will do what she has to do. And what she has to do will be dire.”

The Lanterns footage also gives the true first look at Kyle Chandler and Aaron Pierre as Hal Jordan and John Stewart in the DC series, from Ozark’s Chris Mundy, Watchmen‘s Damon Lindelof, and comic book writer Tom King.

“I trained my entire life for this,” Pierre’s John pleads from the passenger seat as Hal (Chandler) drives down a dirt road. Hal responds: “You’re not ready to get up in front of the class until the ring says you are,” before setting the Power Ring on the dashboard and rolling out of the car as it goes flying off a cliff.

In addition to those titles, the promo features glimpses at the latest seasons of Dune: Prophecy and The Comeback. Other new series that were teased include DTF St. Louis, Rooster, Untitled Larry David Project, Half Man, Stuart Fails to Save the Universe, and War. Plus, there’s a few clips from the two-part documentary Mel Brooks: The 99 Year Old Man!

There are also plenty of other titles featured in the trailer, though those clips have already shown up elsewhere. Additional titles to come in 2026 are returners Industry, The Pitt, Hacks and The Gilded Age as well as the latest Game of Thrones spinoff A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.
