‘GIVE A LITTLE’

Vicky Pattison is moved to tears as she backs Christmas For All campaign

“Taking a bit of a backseat, becoming a mum, that’s something that scares us but I know it’s something I have to make a decision on.”

Pete said he felt Vicky is in the best stage of her life mentally and brought her to tears when he added: “You would always have made the best mother, but honestly right now if I could pick anyone I know to be my mum, it would be you.”

Immediately lightening the mood, he then joked: “If I’m not a godfather, I will hurt you.”

Vicky has long been open about her desire to start a family and the issues she’s faced to date.

In 2022, she said she was freezing her eggs after a cyst was found on her ovary.

She told us at the time: “Of course, that was my main concern – they do warn you that cysts can make it difficult to conceive naturally.

“That was all I was thinking when I came out of the doctor. I wasn’t even bothered about the pain anymore, that was what I was fixated on.”

Prior to that, Vicky said that she noticed a huge shift in her life goals when she turned 30 and her desire to be a mum.

She said: “Something has awoken inside of me & it’s impossible to ignore.”

More recently, she revealed that she wanted to enjoy a year of marriage before having a baby.

Vicky told the Mirror: “My mam had me at 30, geriatric back in her day… So if I can get one in before 40, I’ll be over the moon!”
