Christmas is coming early at Chipotle this year, and the Mexican-American chain restaurant is giving customers the gift of free entrées.
For the first three Saturdays of December, Chipotle is unwrapping extra rewards for customers with a buy-one-get-one (BOGO) entrée offer. Additionally, it will also be gifting Rewards Members with extra treats, such as free chips, guac, double protein, or a free drink this month.
On Saturday, Dec. 13, customers can get a free entrée of their choice when they purchase a burrito from 4 p.m. to close at their local Chipotle restaurants. This holiday promotion is giving what all Chipotle customers want more of: Free entrées and food rewards.

The fast-casual restaurant is “inviting people to come together to share a meal” through these deals.
“Unwrap Extra is about giving back to our fans and creating moments to come together around the food they crave with the people they love,” said Chris Brandt, Chipotle President and Chief Brand Officer, in a statement.
Continuing, he said, “With three consecutive Saturday deals and two surprise drops for every Rewards member, this is our biggest holiday promotion yet.”

How to get a free entrée at Chipotle this December
While the first Chipotle Unwrap Extra promotion already passed on Dec. 6, customers can get more BOGO entrée deals on Dec. 13 and Dec. 20. Customers will only be able to get the BOGO entrée offers after 4 p.m. local time at their local Chipotle restaurants.
Customers are limited to five free menu items per check. Once guests purchase the BOGO entrée, the free item will be the lower-priced entrée.
According to Chipotle’s press release, this deal is redeemable in-restaurant only and cannot be redeemed for catering, mobile, online, or delivery orders.
These are all the final December BOGO Chipotle deals to keep an eye out for:
- Saturday, Dec. 13: Burrito BOGO — Buy a burrito, get a free entrée
- Saturday, Dec. 20: “Extra Sweater Day” BOGO — Wear a festive or over-the-top sweater in-restaurant and buy any entrée, get a free entrée
Chipotle customers appreciate the December BOGO entrée deals
Chipotle’s goal through the Unwrap Extra promotion is to give back to its customers through rewards and bring people together in Chipotle restaurants this holiday season. Chipotle customers in the restaurant’s Reddit thread shared their thanks and appreciation for these stellar food deals.
Following last Saturday’s buy-a-three-taco-entrée, get-a-free-entrée deal, one user wrote, “Went in at 4 without much of a line with 3 stacked soft tacos and a solid chicken bowl. Another good Chipotle experience.” Another wrote, “Upcoming bogos this month couldn’t be more exciting!”
However, some customers warned that the lines were long at their local Chipotle due to this promo. “Lines out the door on the last one in my area,” one user wrote.
