Kings Island, Cincinnati Zoo closed due to weather

CINCINNATI (WXIX) -Kings Island and the Cincinnati Zoo announced they will be closed Saturday and Sunday due to the weather.

According to the FOX19 NOW Weather Team, the Tri-State will be expecting between two and six inches of snow Saturday. On Sunday, the cold weather will follow with highs in the mid-teens.

Officials with Kings Island say that guests who purchased tickets for Saturday and/or Sunday may use the tickets on any other day during WinterFest through Dec. 31.
