Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle BJ Hill was injured during the first quarter of the team’s NFL Week 15 game against the Baltimore Ravens at Paycor Stadium.

Hill remained down on the field after the Ravens’ first offensive play of the game. Hill was involved in a tackle of Ravens running back Derrick Henry.

Hill walked off the field under his own power and went to the blue medical tent for evaluation.

Hill returned to the game later in the first half.

Hill was injured when he was rolled up on by teammate Kris Jenkins Jr. during the first quarter of the team’s NFL Week 5 loss to Detroit at Paycor Stadium.

During the 2024 season, Hill was inactive for the Bengals’ games in Weeks 3 and 4.

Hill suffered a rib injury during a 41-24 Week 9 win in 2024 against the Las Vegas Raiders at Paycor Stadium. He was injured and evaluated in the blue medical tent during the fourth quarter of the Bengals’ NFL Week 11 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.

Hill is in his eighth NFL season, fifth with the Bengals. He started every game for Cincinnati during the 2022 and 2023 seasons, and started all 15 games in which he played in 2024.

In 2021, the Bengals traded 2018 first-round draft pick Billy Price to the New York Giants for Hill.
