Zion Williamson will return to the lineup Sunday against the Chicago Bulls following a six-game absence due to a right adductor strain, the team announced.
The Pelicans went 1-5 while Williamson was sidelined.
The former first-overall pick has missed time in every season of his NBA career, including 52 games in 2024-25.
Williamson is averaging 22.1 points, 5.6 rebounds and four assists through 10 games this season.
New Orleans is the worst team in the NBA with a 4-22 record.
