Rejuvenated Renegades set to take on the Heat

A rejuvenated Melbourne Renegades will be out to start the BBL season with a bang when they host Brisbane Heat on Monday night.
Pakistan star Muhammad Rizwan and former Scorchers Jason Behrendorff and Andrew Tye have bolstered the Renegades squad, which has retained stars Jake Fraser-McGurk, Tim Seifert and captain Will Sutherland for this campaign.
The Heat meanwhile will have to overcome a myriad of injuries to compete.
Brisbane has lost Matthew Kuhnemann, Tom Alsop, Spencer Johnson and Callum Vidler before a ball was bowled, with cult hero Paddy Dooley and Liam Haskett brought into the side.
Nathan McSweeney will captain, while Shaheen Afridi will bring plenty of firepower to an XI also missing Test stars Usman Khawaja, Marnus Labuschagne and Michael Neser.
