Pache, formerly a highly-touted prospect with the Braves and A’s who was renowned for his outfield defense, has come to terms with the Mets on a minor-league deal that includes an invitation to Spring Training. Pache last appeared in the majors in 2024. He posted a .251/.351/.389 slash line with five homers and eight steals across 70 games for Arizona’s Triple-A affiliate last season.
