Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim will reportedly block 20-year-old England midfielder Kobbie Mainoo from leaving the club in January amid interest from Napoli, Chelsea and Bayern Munich despite the player not starting a single Premier League game this season.
Reports suggest Tottenham are are prepared to wait until next summer to sign Brighton’s 25-year-old Dutch centre-back Jan Paul van Hecke, who has a current market value of €35 million.
Spurs are also strongly considering selling 24-year-old Welsh winger Brennan Johnson following interest from Crystal Palace. He has failed to stake his place in the team under Thomas Frank.
