Novak Djokovic set to headline Adelaide International 2026 alongside top global tennis stars

Adelaide is set to host an impressive lineup of tennis stars at the Adelaide International 2026, including the iconic 24-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic. The event, taking place from January 12th to 17th, will see Novak return to South Australia for his third visit.
The tournament will feature a strong field in both men’s and women’s competitions. Joining Novak will be world Number 10 Jack Draper, Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, Tommy Paul, Jiri Lehecka, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Francisco Cerundolo, Joao Fonseca, and Australia’s own Alexei Popyrin. The women’s side will see four of the world’s top 10 players including Madison Keys, Jessica Pegula, Mirra Andreeva, and Ekaterina Alexandrova. Other participants include Belinda Bencic, Clara Tauson, Emma Navarro, and Paula Badosa.
In an exciting addition, the Adelaide International will now include the ITF 500 Australian Wheelchair International – Adelaide (Quad) tournament. This event, held from January 15th to 17th, will feature singles and doubles matches with participants like four-time Australian Open quad doubles champion Heath Davidson.
Tickets for the Adelaide International 2026 are already available, with over 20,000 fans having secured their pass to the action. Prices start at just $10, and kids can enjoy free entry during select sessions.
Recent data shows the impact of major events on Adelaide’s economy. November was a record-breaking month for the city’s accommodation sector, driven by high-profile events and conferences. With the upcoming Christmas Test, hotel occupancy rates are increasing, indicating continued economic benefits from such events.
