Ravens playoff picture: Odds, remaining schedule, AFC North standings

What is an NFL postseason without Patrick Mahomes?

Joe Rivera and Chris Bumbaca break down which quarterback not making the playoffs would be the most brutal hit to NFL fans.

The Baltimore Ravens had one of the best teams in the league in 2024 and were a few key plays away from making the AFC title game last year.

Things haven’t been quite the same in 2025.

They lost five of their first six games – two by a combined nine points – to open the year as two-time MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson dealt with injuries. They’ve since battled back into contention for the AFC North title and another playoff berth.

They’re jockeying for position in the division race with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Things could come down to the final week of the year as the two AFC North foes square off in the season finale.

Will they have the division locked up by then? Will it come down to the wire or will they spend January at home? Here’s a look at Baltimore’s playoff chances and the team’s schedule down the final month of the 2025 regular season:

Ravens playoff odds

NFL Next Gen Stats estimates that the Ravens have a 44% chance to make the postseason after beating the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 15.

Baltimore entered Week 15 with a 34% chance to make the playoffs. The outcome of the day’s game had a big impact on their playoff chances, as the win brought them up to 44% while a loss would have dropped their playoff chances to 17%.

Their loss to the Steelers in Week 14 complicated things but the Ravens still have a solid chance to win the AFC North.

Ravens remaining schedule

Baltimore has one of the toughest finishes to their schedule in the NFL, per Tankathon.

They’ll face three teams who led their respective divisions entering Week 15: New England, Green Bay and Pittsburgh. It’ll be on big stages, too, with the Patriots game happening in prime time on “Sunday Night Football.”

Here’s is a full look at the Ravens’ remaining schedule for the 2025 NFL season:

AFC North standings

Baltimore entered Week 15 right behind Pittsburgh in second place in the AFC North. They’re still in the hunt for the division title – their third in a row.

Here’s a current look at the AFC North standings:

  1. Pittsburgh Steelers (7-6)
  2. Baltimore Ravens (7-7)
  3. Cincinnati Bengals (4-10)
  4. Cleveland Browns (3-11)

The Ravens have missed the playoffs just once with Jackson at quarterback: an 8-9 campaign in 2021. They’re multiple games behind the current wild-card seeds and would need a lot of luck to punch their postseason ticket that way instead of by winning the AFC North.

  1. Denver Broncos (12-2, AFC West leaders)*
  2. New England Patriots (11-3, AFC East leaders)
  3. Jacksonville Jaguars (10-4, AFC South leaders)
  4. Pittsburgh Steelers (7-6, AFC North leaders)
  5. Los Angeles Chargers (10-4, wild card No. 1)
  6. Buffalo Bills (10-4, wild card No. 2)
  7. Houston Texans (9-5, wild card No. 3)

In the hunt: Indianapolis Colts (8-6), Baltimore Ravens (7-7), Miami Dolphins (6-7).

* Clinched playoff berth

Eliminated: New York Jets (3-10), Cleveland Browns (3-10), Las Vegas Raiders (2-11), Tennessee Titans (2-11), Kansas City Chiefs (6-8), Cincinnati Bengals (4-10).
