Lawsuit Claims Riley Keough Donated Eggs to John Travolta, Presley Lawyer Responds (Excl)

Priscilla Presley’s lawyer is responding to bombshell claims made by her former associate Brigitte Kruse regarding John Travolta, his late wife, Kelly Preston, Lisa Marie Presley and Lisa Marie’s oldest daughter, Riley Keough, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
In the Tuesday, December 16, filing, Kruse claimed that Lisa Marie’s ex-husband Michael Lockwood told her that Travolta and Preston had used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant. Lockwood, 64, allegedly claimed that Travolta and Preston approached Lisa Marie in 2010 about obtaining new eggs.
Per Kruse, Lockwood told her that Travolta claimed he did not want Lisa Marie’s “eggs with heroin” and worked out a deal with the Presley family for Keough, 36, to give her eggs to Travolta and Preston, which then resulted in the birth of their son Ben Travolta in 2010.
The filing claimed Lockwood told Kruse that Keough was paid $10,000 to $20,000, along with a Jaguar, for the eggs. The National Enquirer first reported the amended complaint.
On Wednesday, December 17, Priscilla’s lawyer, Marty Singer, told Us, “After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”

Singer added, “In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant.”
In regard to the recent claims made by Kruse regarding Travolta and Lisa Marie, Singer told Us, “These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.”
Priscilla Presley has sued multiple business associates for 12 different complaints, including financial elder abuse, Us Weekly can confirm. Celebrity attorney Marty Singer filed the suit against four business associates of Presley, 79, on Thursday, July 18, claiming they planned to “drain her of every last penny she had.” (TMZ was first to report the […]
Priscilla and Kruse have been involved in a bitter court battle for over a year over money.
Jordan Matthews of Holtz Matthews LLP, who represents Kruse and Fialko tells Us, “Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are heartbroken that they have been forced to file their most recent amended complaint. They have been accused of horrific acts that are not supported by any evidence whatsoever.”

Matthews added, “These accusations are especially painful given the enormous amount of work they performed to keep the Presley family together during an extremely difficult and divisive period of time.”
Priscilla Presley and granddaughter Riley Keough’s relationship has turned a corner after the twosome settled their court battle over the late Lisa Marie Presley’s estate. “Riley and Priscilla are at peace in their relationship after the very stressful ordeal over Lisa Marie’s trust and estate,” a source exclusively reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly. “Their efforts resolved all Presley family disputes in the wake of Lisa Marie’s untimely passing. Every matter was settled, all parties were paid, and closure was achieved. It was only after this work was completed that Ms. Kruse and Mr. Fialko were cast aside, not paid for their work and falsely accused of wrongdoing without any proof whatsoever,” Matthews told Us. “This amended complaint is about revealing the truth, correcting the record, and providing evidence of the work that was done in good faith to bring peace, resolution, and stability to the Presley family, despite being exposed to constant volatility.”
He ended, “Ms. Kruse and Mr. Fialko remain confident that the truth will prevail and trust that the courts will not favor one person over another simply because of one party’s celebrity status.”
