KLOS Rocks A New St. Jude Record

• Meruelo Media’s mighty 95.5 KLOS/Los Angeles held its 9th annual St. Jude Radiothon on Dec. 11 & 12, with the challenging goal of raising more money for St. Jude than last year’s record-breaking fundraising record of $1,291,743. We are thrilled to report that KLOS did just that, and in just 26 hours set a new national fundraising record for a single rock station, generating $1,397,535 for St. Jude!

Frank Kramer of the Heidi & Frank morning show said, “We filled two days with laughter, love, tears, and a lot of ‘Text the word ROCK to 785-833,’ and raised nearly $1.4 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital! Thank you to my team and everyone at KLOS for your continued dedication to St. Jude, to all who have become new Partners in Hope, and to the many who are still in the fight from past radiothons. I truly appreciate you.”

“We are so grateful for longtime radio partner KLOS for supporting the lifesaving mission of St. Jude,” said Angela Northrup, Area Executive Director for ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. “For nearly a decade, our friends at KLOS have taken action toward a future where no child dies from cancer. Every dollar raised by KLOS listeners helps St. Jude accelerate research and treatment that will change outcomes for children around the world.”

Dan Brokerick, owner of Cadillac of Beverly Hills, added, “Cadillac of Beverly Hills was honored to partner with the 2025 95.5 KLOS Music Gives to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and its lifesaving mission reflects our core values of compassion, community, and leadership. We are proud to stand alongside KLOS and the countless donors whose generosity directly impacts children and families who need it most.”
