Alyssa Healy is unimpressed by England’s body language in the field this innings.
“The silence is deafening, there are a lot of silent players out there, Harry Brook (is) trying to lift some energy,” Healy said on Kayo.
“This is where you need your wicket-keeper, you need your wicket-keeper driving the energy.
“You don’t have to talk a lot. That’s not necessarily how they got about it, but they drive energy and that’s through movement, chit-chat, that’s through high-fiving players getting around the group. For me, Jamie Smith’s energy in this Test match has been at an all-time low.
“He’s low on confidence, don’t get me wrong he hasn’t made a lot of runs, he dropped that catch at the Gabba and it’s been really flat since that point of time.”
