Blowing snow advisory in effect as second Clipper crosses the province

A blowing snow advisory is in effect today as another Alberta Clipper moves through Saskatchewan, bringing poor visibility, hazardous travel conditions, and strong winds.
The storm is expected to deliver five to 12 cm of snow, with heavier amounts in the northern Grainbelt and eastern regions. Southerly winds of 60–70 km/h this morning will shift to westerly gusts reaching 70–80 km/h by afternoon and evening, creating widespread blowing snow and near-zero visibility at times.
Environment Canada warns that travel may become dangerous, with possible road closures. Officials advise postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve.
