All the major supermarkets that ARE open on Boxing Day as two say they’ll close on December 26

FOUR major supermarkets will be open on Boxing Day for shoppers who need to pick up extra bits.

The vast majority of shops will be shut on Christmas Day, but a few supermarkets stay open on Boxing Day for their customers.
All Morrisons stores will be open on December 26 between 9am and 6pm.
Asda is also keeping all its stores open during the same hours.
Tesco stores will be open too but they’re operating different hours to usual.

Tesco Extra stores and Superstores will be open between 9am and 6pm.
The majority of Express stores will be open from 9am to 7pm, while some larger Express stores will close at 6pm.
M&S is keeping most of its stores shut on Boxing Day, but its outlet shops and some of its convenience stores will be open.
You should check the opening hours for your local store online.
Aldi has said it all its stores will remain closed on Boxing Day, while Lidl said most stores outside the M25 and in Wales will be shut.
The Sun contacted Sainsbury’s for an update on its opening hours but has not heard back yet.
