Jet2 announces 14 new routes from Gatwick Airport including Christmas markets and winter sun
Flights to Sharm-El-Sheikh and Hurghada will be the first launched in February 2026

Airline Jet2 has unveiled 14 fresh routes one month after its expansion into Gatwick Airport. Its winter programme for late 2026 and early 2027 will allow Londoners to travel to Agadir, Madeira and Sharm-El-Sheikh for sunny weather during frosty conditions back home, along with direct connections to Christmas markets in Cologne and Vienna.
From December next year, passengers will also benefit from Jet2’s first ski resort routes from Gatwick to the Alps in France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy. The airline said these routes will give passengers more choice when it comes to booking their getaways next winter.
In total, some 400,000 seats are now on sale throughout the period, with existing routes to Tenerife, Lanzarote and Malta available once more.

- La Palma – weekly Saturday services starting from October 24, 2026
- Agadir – two weekly services (Monday and Thursday) operating from October 22, 2026
- Hurghada – two weekly services (Monday and Friday) from February 12, 2026
- Sharm-El-Sheikh – two weekly services (Thursday and Sunday) from February 11, 2026
- Madeira – two weekly services (Monday and Friday) from October 26, 2026
Ski
- Chambery – three weekly flights (Monday, Thursday and Saturday) from December 21, 2026
- Geneva – four weekly services (Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) from December 19, 2026
- Grenoble – two weekly services (Saturday and Sunday) from December 13, 2026
- Salzburg – weekly Saturday services from December 26, 2026
- Turin – weekly Sunday services from December 13, 2026
Christmas markets
- Cologne – festive flights and breaks operating between November 26 to December 21, 2026, with four weekly services (Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday) available during this period
- Gdansk – festive flights and breaks on sale from November 27 to December 21, 2026. Two weekly services (Monday and Friday) are available to book now to the popular Christmas market destination
- Tallinn – festive flights and breaks operating between November 19 to December 13, 2026, with two weekly services (Thursday and Sunday) available during this time
- Vienna – festive flights and breaks on sale from November 19 to December 21, 2026, with four weekly services (Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday) operating to the festive hotspot.
