Selling the OC fans may have been surprised when Tyler Stanaland proposed to his girlfriend, Hannah Morrissey, in October 2025.
“When the right person enters your life, it’s not just love, it’s a transformation. All the uncertainties are replaced with peace and partnership,” Stanaland wrote via Instagram, sharing photos of Morrissey’s oval engagement ring. “When you’re also aligned on all the important things it’s absolute magic. I have never had more fun or been more inspired and challenged in all the best ways.”
Us Weekly confirmed five months earlier that Stanaland moved on with Morrissey after finalizing his divorce from actress Brittany Snow. The reality TV realtor and Snow were married from 2020 to 2023, and their relationship came under a microscope after Stanaland’s Selling the OC costar Kayla Cardona attempted to kiss him during season 1. He split from Snow between show seasons, subsequently getting flirty with colleagues Alex Hall and Polly Brindle.
“I had instincts, and I think because I was in love, I didn’t trust them,” Snow recalled of her marriage during a 2024 appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. “There was a marriage there. There was so much love. I think that gray is hard to understand because it’s much more salacious and interesting that it’s just like, ‘He did this, and she did this.’I think a lot of people go into relationships where someone hurts them, but I don’t regret it. I loved that time that we had when we had it.”

When Did Tyler Stanaland and Hannah Morrissey Start Dating?
Us broke the news in May 2025 that Stanaland was “happily dating” Morrissey.
“While it’s relatively new, they’re having a lot of fun,” a source exclusively told Us. “They’ve been traveling a bit together, and Tyler’s really happy.”
Weeks later, Stanaland and Morrissey made their Instagram debut as a couple.
“Cup is full. So is the freezer. Life, recently,” Stanaland wrote on June 18, 2025, sharing selfies of the couple surfing.
Hannah Morrissey Keeps a Low-Key Social Media Presence
While Stanaland has shared many photos with Morrissey onto his Instagram, she’s a lot more private. Morrissey currently has a private social media account that has only 22 posts and 904 followers.
Tyler Stanaland Proposed After Less Than 1 Year of Dating
Stanaland revealed via Instagram in October 2025 that he proposed to Morrissey during a road trip to Moonstone Beach, California. (The pair previously visited the same beach destination early in their romance.)
“I asked the best person I’ve ever known for forever. Our little family just got a whole lot more official,” Stanaland wrote via Instagram, referring to Morrissey and their dog, Honey. “My cup is absolutely overflowing by this beautiful little family we’re creating.”
