Joanne McNally has become an honorary Beckham… kind of! The comedian had a hilarious reaction to David and Victoria’s youngest son, Cruz, posing outside her gig.
The My Therapist Ghosted Me host was performing at the Apollo Theatre in London on the same week as Welsh indie The Royston Club. Cruz, who has begun his career as singer, opened up for the band, and decided to pose outside the iconic venue with them.
Cruz posted the shot in a string of shots on social media, thanking the band for giving him the opportunity to perform. ‘So grateful to have opened a few nights for @theroystonclub_ tour unannounced, I’ve got something exciting to tell you tomorrow. Just getting started,’ he penned.

However, in a gas coincidence that Joanne spotted, it was her name in lights on the billboard behind him. ‘Why does this read like Cruz Beckham opened my Apollo shows!’ the south Dublin moment joked beneath the post.
‘PR win?!’one person joked beneath the comment. Plenty of fans were concerned about the fate of Joanne’s actual opening act, her close pal Gearoid Farrelly.

‘I thought you had replaced @gearoidfarrelly with a baby Beckham @joannemcnally,’ one person penned, while another warned: ‘@joannemcnally do not replace @gearoidfarrelly.’
Joanne reposted the snap of Cruz posing with members of The Royston Club, joking: ‘Finally an honourary member of of the Beckham family which means which means I’ll now be spending my Christmases in the Cotswolds.’

David and Victoria like to spend the Christmas period with their kids in their Cotswolds mansion. The sprawling home, which is reportedly worth €13.8 million (£12,000,000), featured heavily in Victoria’s recent Netflix documentary.
The house’s grounds has a swimming pool, football pitch, greenhouse, chicken coop and beehives. The home is in a remote village, so no one bothers the Beckhams during their Christmas break!
Here is to hoping Joanne gets a seat at the table. It’s the Oasis after-party all over again!
