PRINCE GEORGE — Update: BC Hydro is now reporting that about 1,000 BC Hydro customers are without power in the west bowl area.
Earlier: Power has been restored says BC Hydro.
Earlier: A large swath of College Heights residents lost power Thursday morning.
According to BC Hydro, roughly 3,000 residents lost power at approximately 10:25 a.m. No official word on the cause though according to Environment Canada, wind gusts were expected to reach 80 kilometres per hour Thursday.
