Jeremiah Fears scored 17 points (7-10 FG, 0-1 3P, 3-3 FT) with two assists in the Pelicans’ 128-122 opening loss to Memphis.
Fantasy Impact:
The rookie had a nice debut game for the Pelicans, leading the bench in scoring. As he develops, one would expect a little more on the playmaking side, as he had only two assists to go along with his scoring and not much else. It’s a good start and he’s someone to watch this year.
