The lanterns are made out of 150 tonnes of metal and 164,000ft (50,000m) of light strips.
Characters from Wallace and Gromit, Shaun the Sheep and Feathers McGraw will also be showcased in scenes along the 2.5km (1.5 mile) trail from their own worlds including Mossy Bottom Farm and West Wallaby Street.
“We can’t wait for guests to enjoy these incredible scenes,” added Mr Ashman.
“Preparation for The Festival of Light 2025 is well under way, and it’s been fantastic to see these characters brought to life.”
