Patriots WR Mack Hollins turns heads with pregame Halloween outfit

New England Patriots wide receiver Mack Hollins turned heads when he arrived at Gillette Stadium dressed like a chess piece ahead of Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns.

Hollins was a bishop for Halloween, and he committed to the outfit so much that he even walked into the building diagonally.

The veteran wideout has been a valuable contributor in his first season with the Patriots both on and off the field. He’s a strong leader in the locker room, and he has also been a reliable situational receiving target for quarterback Drake Maye. So far, he has tallied 11 catches for 119 yards and two touchdowns on the season.

“Happy Halloween, everybody,” Hollins said with a smile on his face.

The Patriots aren’t loaded with talent at the receiver position, but they have done a tremendous job of finding the right players to fit specific roles on the team.

Hollins has been a solid fit.
