Class B controlled drugs, cash and a phone were seized from a property in Exeter last week (Monday, October 20) and one person was arrested.

Exeter Neighbourhood Police Team executed a Misuse of Drugs Act Warrant in Wonford.

An individual was arrested, interviewed, given bail conditions and issued with a Community Protection Notice (CPN). Police say they are working closely and in continued partnership with Housing and other agencies to prevent such antisocial behaviour and crime within communities.

Photographs issued by police show two doors smashed into pieces.

In a social media post, Exeter Police said: “Police would like to thank the local community for their continued support.

“Police matters can be reported online via Devon and Cornwall Police’s website or via the telephone – 101 (non-emergency) or 999 (emergency). This can also be done anonymously.”
