The Golden State Warriors secured a comfortable victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night at the Chase Center. Even though Jonathan Kuminga delivered a quieter performance, the Warriors still dominated the contest. They left the court on Tuesday with a 98-79 win largely due to another strong showing from Jimmy Butler.
Kuminga concluded the night with nine points, one assist, and five rebounds while shooting 4-of-11 from the field in 26 minutes of play. It was his lowest-scoring performance of the season so far.
Meanwhile, Butler contributed 21 points, five rebounds, and five assists in 32 minutes of play. Quentin Post, Stephen Curry, and Brandin Podziemski also scored in double figures to secure the win.
Following the win, the Warriors improved their record to 4-1. Kuminga is currently averaging 18.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game. The team’s next challenge is on Thursday when they face the Milwaukee Bucks.
