鄭明典分享中央氣象署今（19）日上午發布的雷達合成回波圖，稱雷達上有很多回波，這在台灣冬季不常見。（圖／中央氣象署） [周刊王CTWANT] 因南方雲系北移，水氣增多，今（19）日全台各地有局部短暫陣雨。前中央氣象局長鄭明典指出，從雷達合成回波圖來看，台灣周邊出現大量雷達回波，這種情況在冬季並不常見；然而回波主要集中在海面來看，顯示氣流有繞過台灣地形流動的趨勢，反映台灣上空可能存在逆溫層。 鄭明典在臉書發文說明，從中央氣象署今日發布的雷達合成回波圖顯見，回波與「南支槽」接近有關，南支槽有利於降雨，但逆溫層卻不利降雨，兩股作用力正互相拉鋸，成為近期天氣變化的關鍵因素。 鄭明典進一步指出，這次影響台灣的南支槽相當特殊。從500百帕高度場圖分析，台灣西側的南支槽其實並非單一槽線，而是一連串短波槽與脊所組成的一段結構。這類型態在氣象學上屬於「正壓不穩定」的反應，能量來源主要來自噴流的動能，屬於平均緯向流或超長波動能轉換為短波動能的結果，過去也曾出現過類似案例，具有研究與紀錄價值。 除此之外，知名臉書氣象粉專「台灣颱風論壇｜天氣特急」也提醒，南方水氣正逐漸北上，越晚各地降雨機率越高，明（20）日上午將是最容易降雨的時段。在東北季風吹拂下，全台將感受明顯濕涼天氣，提醒民眾留意氣溫變化並攜帶雨具，以因應短時間內可能出現的降雨情況。 延伸閱讀
