SNAP benefits gone? How to get free or discounted groceries

Hakeem Jeffries and House Dems discuss SNAP benefits
We have now learned that more than 20 states are suing the Trump administration over its decision to suspend Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits amid the ongoing federal government shutdown. The shutdown began Oct. 1 after lawmakers failed to reach a funding agreement. House Democrats, led by Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, met to discuss potential suspensions for SNAP benefits.
