Camilla Araujo Goes Viral for ‘Identical’ Katy Perry Hall…

Camilla Araujo has caught attention with her elaborate Halloween transformation into Katy Perry, with fans praising the uncanny resemblance between the influencer and the pop singer.

The Instagram video, posted to Araujo’s account @realcamillaara, has generated thousands of likes and comments from viewers who noticed the striking similarities.

The post, captioned “Dressed up as my mom,” showcases Araujo recreating one of Perry’s signature candy-themed looks, complete with pastel hair.

In the video, Araujo addressed her followers directly about the inspiration behind the costume choice.

“I get this comment in every single video. So get ready with me to actually transform into her,” she explained.

“Mother, or you may know her as Miss Katy Perry has had so many iconic looks in her career that it was hard for me to choose like which ones to do,” Araujo said.

She noted that her decision came down to two options, ultimately ruling out Perry’s Met Gala chandelier ensemble for practical reasons.

“Miss Girl walked around in a fucking chandelier like I was not gonna do that. I would not have been able to get to the fucking door,” she joked.

Araujo spared no expense on the costume, commissioning a custom piece for the transformation.

“I spent $4000 on this custom piece,” she disclosed, explaining that store-bought alternatives didn’t meet her standards.

“The ones in stores were not giving what they needed to give.”

The creator drew a comparison between her meticulous approach and supermodel Heidi Klum’s legendary Halloween productions.

“Since I’ve started social media, you guys have told me up the fucking wazoo, blowing it up my ass, so I wasn’t gonna do it half-assed. I’m actually doing the most, like this is my Heidi Klum moment,” Araujo stated.

One user shared a comparison photo that garnered over 3,600 likes.

Another commenter wrote, “She can build a whole career on just being a @KatyPerry look like.”

“omg almost identical,” a third added.

Araujo concluded the video with a message to Perry herself, “Katy Perry, if you see this, I love you, babe. Congrats on the successful tour.”
