The 64-year-old businessman, known to his online followers as “Mr Taylor,” became a viral figure on social media through promotional videos for his tractor company.

The alleged incident reportedly took place on October 24, and Taylor was arrested three days later, on October 27. Court documents identify the accused as Norman Hubert Taylor Jr and show that he has been charged with sexual battery, classified as a Class 1 misdemeanor under Virginia law.

The complainant has been named as Melissa Fulford. Taylor is currently listed as being “in custody,” which includes detention in a jail, penitentiary, or another facility, though no further details about his confinement have been made public.
Public filings show that Taylor is not only the owner of Crewe Tractor and Equipment Co, but also serves as president of Crewe Tractor & Finance Co and a shareholder in Taylor Tire, Inc. His son, Trey Taylor, often appears with him in the company’s promotional clips, which have helped make the brand a local and online sensation.
