Cloudflare Earnings Top Estimates. Revenue Outlook Above Views.

Cloudflare (NET) reported third-quarter earnings and revenue that topped estimates. The internet firm’s sales guidance came in above expectations. Cloudflare stock wavered as Wall Street analysts mulled the size of the beat.
The company reported earnings after the market close on Thursday. For the period that ended Sept. 30, Cloudflare earnings were 27 cents a share, up 35% from a year earlier. Revenue climbed 31% to $562 million, the San Francisco-based company said.
Analysts predicted profit of 23 cents a share and revenue of $544.6 million.
On the stock market today, Cloudflare stock rose more than 2% to 228.60. Heading into the Cloudflare earnings report, the stock had advanced 112% in 2025.
For the current quarter ending in December, Cloudflare projects revenue of $589 million at the midpoint of guidance vs. estimates of $580 million.
