Along with Cat Burns and Alan Carr, the chat show host is one of of the Traitors who is currently pulling the wool so far over the Faithfuls’ eyes they are banishing innocents literally every episode.
As we prepare ourselves to scream in frustration at the screen for another two episodes (29th and 30th October 2025) we have been wondering: where oh where is this fabulous place the cast are causing chaos in?
From the gothic graveyard, gloomy lighting and stained glass windows to the fountain, enchanting gardens and eerie landscape; The Traitors castle is nearly as iconic a Claudia’s fringe. Nearly.

Where is Celebrity Traitors filmed?
The show is filmed at Ardross Castle in Alness, Scotland. Far, far, FAR away from their boujee lives in London that’s for sure.
Where do the contestants sleep on Celebrity Traitors?
Gutted for those taking part in The Traitors – the celeb version and the mortal one – as they sadly do not have the chance to sleep in the castle.
It was previously revealed that after a hard day (and night) of being deceived (or being the deceivers), contestants head to a nearby hotel.
Jonathan recently spoke on his podcast Reel Talk to his daughter Honey about the accommodation during his Traitors stint.

‘We all stayed in the same hotel, I believe, but I can’t say that for sure because you never saw who was in which room or where,’ he confessed to his daughter, ‘we stayed at the Inverness Airport Hotel, which was lovely. It was fine.’
Alan Cummings, who hosts the US version of the entertainment show, revealed the American cast stay at the same location.
‘They all stayed in the airport hotel in the Inverness airport,’ he admitted during an interview with The Daily Beast.
Can you stay at the Celebrity Traitors castle?
Not quite. The website states, ‘The Castle is not a hotel and we do not let individual rooms,’ but do not fear as there IS a loophole as they do accept weddings….

Which means someone needs to propose to us pronto so we can take full advantage of Ardross Castle and all it has to offer. We also wouldn’t mind Claudia officiating the ceremony if she’s for it.
The website explains that, ‘our exclusive hire weddings include accommodation for up to 41 guests for two nights.’
Does Ardross Castle have Instagram?
Erm yes. That feels weird to confirm but The Celebrity Traitors castle does indeed have an Instagram account: @ardrosscastle.
