Get a Look at Andy Cohen’s Family Fun Day with Lucy and Ben: “My Only Hope Is…”

Andy Cohen got into the fall spirit with his two favorite people.

On Saturday, October 18, the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host left the West Village for an a-maze-ing afternoon with his son, Ben, and daughter, Lucy. Andy posted a video of him and his young children making their way through a corn maze — a longstanding autumn tradition that challenges guests to find their way out of a labyrinth of cornstalks.

“We’re in a corn maze,” Andy said in the video. “My only hope is Benjamin Allen Cohen, my 6-year-old navigator. And he’s doing a pretty good… we think.”

Three-year-old Lucy, however, wasn’t so optimistic.

“Is Ben a pretty good navigator, Lucy?” Andy asked his girl.

“No,” Lucy bluntly replied, causing her dad to laugh.

Andy returned to the ’Gram about an hour later, posting a photo of him, Ben, and Lucy standing outside the corn field.

“We made it!” he captioned the Story.

Get a look at John Mayer’s bond with Andy Cohen’s kids

The outing occurred just days after Andy offered another sweet glimpse at his family life. In celebration of John Mayer’s birthday (October 16), the father of two posted a picture of his longtime friend reading a book to Ben and Lucy.

“Happy Birthday Uncle John,” Andy wrote over the photo taken at his Hamptons beach home.

Andy Cohen recalls an amusing moment involving Ben and John Mayer

During a June episode of his namesake radio show, Andy shed more light on his children’s bond with John. He recalled meeting up with the musician at the end of Father’s Day, which Ben wasn’t exactly thrilled about.

“Ben was so pissed that I was going out to dinner,” Andy said. “By the way, I was going out at [Ben’s] bedtime, so he wasn’t missing anything, [but] he wanted to go.”

After being told no, Ben “revoked” the Father’s Day card he made for Andy.

“He took it away from me,” the host said. “We celebrated [Father’s Day] all day. There was 10 minutes left in his day.”

Ben, fortunately, changed his mood once Uncle John arrived.

“I will say, John showed up, and Ben was still mad at me. John melted him,” Andy recalled. “John was singing to him, [and] Ben was sitting there smiling. I was like, ‘Oh, OK. All is good.’”

Andy’s co-host, John Hill, suggested that Andy and John become coparents.

“Maybe,” Andy responded. “He is good with kids.”
