Carlton has named a pair of key inclusions for the Round 12 clash with West Coast.
Heading into the Friday night clash with both teams needing a win to secure a spot in the top eight, finals footy has come early for the Blues and Eagles, with the travelling side to welcome back their captain and vice captain.
Abbie McKay will be back in the fold after she was a late withdrawal from the big win over GWS with a quad injury, while she’ll be joined by midfield running partner Mimi Hill.
Hill will play her first game in four weeks, having fully recovered from a calf strain: in Hill’s last game, she collected 30 disposals and a goal in the win over Geelong.
The duo take the place in the side of Síofra O’Connell and Keeley Skepper, who have been omitted.
The Round 12 clash kicks off from 9:15pm AEDT, with a win to secure a home final while a loss will see the Blues depending on other results to fall their way to finish inside the top eight.
