Milwaukee Bucks superstar forward Giannis Antetokounmpo has been downgraded ahead of the Golden State Warriors match.

The 30-year-old superstar continues to manage his left knee soreness. While he landed on the injury report before Thursday’s match, there is a good chance that he will see the court.

The two-time MVP has been incredible to start the 2025-26 season, averaging 36.3 points, 14.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 1.3 blocks per game, shooting 64.3 percent from the field and 57.1 percent from beyond the arc.

While there is a good chance that Antetokounmpo will play, the Bucks will certainly be without their guard, Kevin Porter Jr. The 25-year-old is ruled out with a left ankle sprain.

He will miss his fourth consecutive game with the injury. Porter is listed as a day-to-day moving forward. The Bucks will continue to lean on the likes of Ryan Rollins and Cole Anthony at point guard for the time being, with Rollins functioning from the first unit.

The Bucks have been one of the hottest teams to start the season, sitting with a 3-1 record. They will host the Warriors in this matchup, who sit with a 4-1 record.
