Tonight, doorbells across the region will be ringing a-plenty as families take part in this year’s Halloween festivities. Ghouls, ghost, and goblins will be scouring Greater Manchester streets for the best sweets on offer.
However, as we are well into the autumn season, you might be wondering if it is worth making some room for an umbrella also.
According to the Met Office, today will be a mainly cloudy affair that will see some rainfall, but thankfully that will subside by the time the terrors are let loose to trick or treat.
The temperature is set to peak at 15C, with light winds turning into a gentle breeze by the evening. The clouds come with a high chance of precipitation, which the Met Office estimates to be around 40 per cent, however, the highest chance of rainfall will be seen between 1pm to 3pm.

By the late evening, the skies will remain cloudy but dry until some smattering of rain at around 11pm to see out the day.
