“American Horror Story” season 13 is already one for the books!

Ryan Murphy Productions announced the all-star cast for season 13 of the horror anthology series, featuring a lot of familiar faces, and one new-ish exciting one!
The big news dropped today on Instagram, just in time for Halloween, revealing the franchise’s latest cast in the iconic “AHS” font. Fans will see the return of several franchise regulars like, Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Gabourey Sidibe, and Leslie Grossman.

Ariana Grande is the newcomer to the “AHS” family, but is reuniting with the series creators, Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, after starring in their short-lived horror comedy series, “Scream Queens” back in 2015.

Most notable is Lange’s casting, as she hasn’t appeared in “American Horror Story” since Season 8, 2018’s “Apocalypse.” Same for Bassett, Bates and Sidibe, while Peters and Paulson were last seen in Season 10, 2021’s “Double Feature.”

This casting is raising eyebrows for the devoted “AHS” fans as the names are oddly similar to Season 3, 2013’s “Coven.” Fans speculate Season 13 could be the return of the “Coven” storyline.

No details on the new season’s plot have been revealed yet!
