Police investigating multiple car break-ins Wednesday morning in St. Louis Co. neighborhood

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – St. Louis County Police are investigating after multiple cars were broken into on Wednesday morning in a neighborhood in St. Louis County.

According to police, there were four break-ins during the early morning hours of Wednesday, October 29.

The first two happened around 3:40 a.m. in the 2700 block of Castlebar Drive.

One person found their car’s front passenger window shattered. Another person in the area told police he left his car unlocked, and surveillance video captured two people rifling through the car.

A third break-in was reported around 7 a.m. in the 12700 block of Hazenmore Drive. The victim told police their back passenger window had been shattered.

A fourth victim reported their front passenger window had been shattered around 9 a.m. in the 12800 block of Strathearn Drive.

Detectives are still investigating the break-ins and working to elarn if they are connected.
