Fortnite: Simpsons Animals That Would Be Perfect Sidekicks

Fans have high expectations for The Simpsons mini-season. A themed Battle Pass begins on November 1, and it will be riddled with Simpsons-themed cosmetics. From skins to back blings, pickaxes, and more, gamers will be able to fill their in-game lockers with cell-shaded items from their favorite show.
Sidekicks, tiny companions that will walk beside the player on the Battle Royale island, are releasing alongside The Simpsons mini-season. Fortnite should take this opportunity and give fans all sorts of Simpsons sidekicks. This article lists animals and pets from The Simpsons that would be awesome to see as Fortnite sidekicks.
Santa’s Little Helper
The Simpsons’ Family Dog
Santa’s Little Helper is The Simpsons’ family dog, and even though he’s more of a side character and doesn’t make a significant appearance in most episodes, he’s a crucial part of the show, and fans would certainly miss his presence if he were gone.
Therefore, it would only make sense to have him beside his family in Fortnite. Santa’s Little Helper is particularly attached to Bart, so Epic Games could add him to Bart’s Battle Pass page as a sidekick cosmetic.
Mr. Teeny
Krusty the Clown’s Chimp
Krusty the Clown is perhaps Springfield’s most well-known celebrity, and he’s got a chimp called Mr. Teeny. Despite Krusty’s cheery appearance on TV, he’s lost most of his enthusiasm for life and spends his days indulging in various addictive activities, such as chain-smoking, and his chimp is no different.
Mr. Teeny is a chain-smoking chimp just like his owner. Krusty the Clown will most likely make an appearance in The Simpsons mini-season, as he is shown in the loading screen image. It would be hilarious if his cosmetic set included Mr. Teeny. Although the two will have to give up smoking if they want to be part of Fortnite.
Mr. Burns’s Hounds
Release the Hounds on the Battle Royale Map
Mr. Burns has an impressive collection of dangerous hounds. These Dobermans are purebred and have been trained to chase anyone who trespasses onto his property, wrongs him, or simply crosses the line. Whenever this happens, Mr. Burns has a button in his office that he can press to release all of the hounds at once.
It is a shame that enemies cannot see the player’s sidekicks in Fortnite, but if that were the case, it would be hilarious to chase them flanked by Mr. Burns’s vicious hounds. For players who’d rather have a menacing sidekick rather than a cute one, the hounds would be a perfect match.
Snowball
The Simpsons’ Family Cat
The Simpsons’ cats have not been very lucky, as most of them have met tragic endings. Their current cat, Snowball V, which was renamed Snowball II for practical reasons, has been officially part of the family since Season 15.
Snowball has settled nicely into the family, and it’s particularly close to Lisa, who adopted it. Similar to Santa’s Little Helper, it would be great to have Snowball as Lisa’s sidekick and part of her Battle Pass cosmetics page.
Blinky
The Three-Eyed Mutant Fish
Blinky is a species of fish that can be found in bodies of water near Springfield’s nuclear power plant. While Mr. Burns denies these claims, these fish most likely have three eyes due to mutations caused by the nearby plant.
Fish sidekicks will be part of Fortnite, so it is completely possible for Blinky to make it into the game. However, if not, the Fortnite mini-season map will consist of various Springfield locations, so it would be fun to at least be able to catch them in a fishing hole.
Itchy & Scratchy
Kids in Springfield love the Itchy & Scratchy show. Despite it being terribly violent, they still find it funny to look at the mouse and cat at each other’s throats.
Fortnite could turn Itchy and Scratchy into sidekicks and sell them separately or as a special bundle. Even though the show’s content is bloody and violent, on the outside, they look like perfectly normal animals. Additionally, over the years, the characters have dressed up a fair bit for the show, so there would be plenty of options for fun alternative styles.
