British boxing fans are in for a treat tonight as Joshua Buatsi and Zach Parker go head-to-head in a blockbuster light-heavyweight clash in Manchester.

The two homegrown stars will top the bill at the Co-op Live Arena on Saturday, November 1, in what’s being billed as one of the biggest all-British fights of the year.

Buatsi, a 2016 Olympic bronze medallist and protégé of Anthony Joshua, steps into the ring with a professional record of 19 wins and one defeat – 13 of those victories coming by knockout.

The Londoner is looking to bounce back after suffering the first loss of his pro career earlier this year during Riyadh Season.

Parker, meanwhile, boasts 26 wins and just one defeat, with 18 knockouts to his name.

The former British super-middleweight champion hasn’t lost since 2022, when injury forced him to retire in a world title clash with John Ryder.

The 12-round contest will take place at light-heavyweight, with the 79.4kg (175lb) limit in play.

Promoters Queensberry have assembled a stacked undercard featuring some of the top names in British boxing, including Lyndon Arthur, Bradley Rea, and Billy Deniz.

Full card

  • Joshua Buatsi vs. Zach Parker; Light heavyweight
  • Brad Rea vs. Lyndon Arthur; For Rea’s European light heavyweight title
  • Liam Cameron vs. Troy Jones; Light heavyweight
  • Billy Deniz vs. Ezra Arenyeka; Light heavyweight
